Two amazing ladies on the Customer Support Team, GEORGIA and STELLA made my day. They made it possible to solve a charging base problem (for my 9300 Sonicare) and a purchase challenge and I am now waiting for the confirmed order to arrive(replacement heads and charging base) 44123608023. They followed up, they made sure everything was taken care of and I was instantly impressed with their caring and helpful natures. They are a credit to Phillips.

Really good quality. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner since I started using these brush heads. The brush head is designed in a way with gets every bits of food etc from between your teeth with ease.

I have been using Philips Optimal White brush head for a month now and I am very happy with it. The brush has a good size to reach all teeth, even tye ones in the back of my mouth. I am a coffee drinker and I noticed it cleans coffee stains. My teeth got brighter since I have used the brush for the first time. The brish is gentle to my sensitive gums. I recommend this product to everyone.

I like the fact that when the brush heads need replacing every 3 months, there is a light indicator as a reminder to replace. I have been using my Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush now for just under 4 months so needed to replace the brush head. I replaced my soft bristle S2 sonicare brush head with the W2 Optimal White brushhead. It is such a great feature that the replacement brushheads are compatible with most Philips Sonicare brushes so you can choose the brush heads most suitable for your requirements. I went from a S2 soft bristle to a W2 medium soft brush head. I could feel the difference immediately with the W2 having a much firmer feel. It left my teeth feeling very fresh and clean after each use. The brush head is a small size, which for me, was perfect in being able to reach the back teeth effectively. I would certainly recommend the official Philips replacement brush heads for the Philips Sonicare brushes. The replacements heads can be a little pricey but I find they are often on special offer which makes them far better value.

I am absolutely in love with these brish heads. They make my teeth feel and look clean, healthy and my smile has never been brighter. I have stains between my teeth but using this brush the staining is way less. The brush itself is medium bristle I would say not very soft which I like. This does not make my gums sensitive or bleed as they’re gentle at the same time. Overall these are my favourite brushes and I would definitely recommend these, the price is also not bad for good quality brushes.

After testing these brush head,I can say that they have cleaned my teeth really well. The bristles are perfect, not too hard or soft and very gentleman on my teeth and gums. The contoured design reaches hart-to- clean areas.So after use I have The feeling of thoroughly cleaned teeth. I believe that the whiteness will also be more noticeable after another few weeks of use. I truly recommend it.

Compared to when I was using the manual whitening toothbrush I did see improvement. My teeth feel cleaner and I do see a reduction in the yellowing on my teeth. The best results are when you use the new brush head with the pre-programmed whitening mode. It is a longer mode but it is well worth it.
