This is the best iron I have used. Its lightweight but has good and variable steam functions. Good design. If I had to fault anything, I would have liked a container to be able to pour the water into the iron easier rather than balancing under the tap.

My old iron died on me yesterday, and after a visit to Tesco, I chose the Philips EasySpeed Plus having read the reviews on line. Must say I am impressed. Not sure how old my old iron was, but this iron is light years ahead. It's so light and wow, it just whizzes through the ironing.

So much lighter and far better performance than my last iron, glides through the ironing.

Everything you could want from an Iron in this price range, good value for money and simple to use, with good overall results.

Product feels well made and is a pleasure to use. Reasonable price and looks good too.

Purchased this iron to replace an older one. Have always bought Philips steam irons so I knew that I would not be disappointed. Used for the first time today & I am extremely pleased with it & would recommend it to anyone.

Performance bonne pour produit non professionnel et d'utilisation en "Home". Pour mon utilisation puissance correcte et chauffe bien. Débit vapeur 35 g/mn pour moi c'est bon mais peut être d'autres exigent plus.

This has proved to be a good steam iron generally. It gives off plenty of steam on the high setting with the facility of a lower stem setting. It is comfortable to use, but the water tank window is so dark as to make it difficult to see the water level. A lighter coloured window would be much better.
