I have had these speakers for quite some time now. I had them hooked up via a standard audio output from my 27" iMac. At first they had a very dark, non lively sound and they lacked excitement. I tried different settings but wasn't too happy especially having Canton reference speakers sitting in my living room (ok 10x the price to be fair and not a real comparison). However I thought I try something different. I hooked these up to an Audiolab M-Dac via a high quality XLR to 3,5" cable and used high quality FLAC files. I could not believe my ears. The speakers came alive!!! Seriously. the presence and soundstage was astonishing. Since then a few friends came over and I let them play in my room and 2 of my mates who are huge B&W fans started smiling when they came in the room. Nobody could believe how good these are. For the price just as a pair of active speakers alone, dont think twice.

These sound great and look good too. I gave it some thought before buying and they are worth the money. Took me a while to realise exactly how to set them up on my home network but it was easy to do once I read the right bit and no issues at all. I was concerned about kids fingers getting into the bass speaker but there are grills on them which are virtually invisible. Its impossible not to pick them up by the tweeters but they are extremely sturdy and well made!

Unlike most docks and iPod speakers, these produce the most amazing deep and full sound like you would expect from an expensive, high end separates hi-fi system. Their larger size and design allows real bass and depth to be created, and the ability to position each speaker seperately means you can easily create a perfect, room filling sound, however big your space. The AirPlay has been seamless for my and visitors devices, taking a second or two to sync and then playing without interruption. Despite the perceived lower quality of mp3 files compared to CD, I've found that iTunes bought and Rdio streamed tracks sound crystal clear, often live sounding in quality. A good quality, multiple channel (mimo) wireless router will be of great benefit if you have thick walls or a large space. My ISP free issued router had caused some buffering over AirPlay, but replacing with an Apple Airport Extreme or TimeCapsule completely solved the problem.

design accattivante, istallazione immediata. controlli tutto con iphone. l'airplay funziona benissimo sia da dispositivo mobile che da macbook. qualità sonora impressionante. il prezzo è elevato ma il prodotto merita 5 stelle!

Ragazzi che figata! Audio nitido, bassi mozzafiato, facilita' estrema nell'uso... Samsung, avanti cosi'....

Neben dem Design auch einen sehr schönen Klang durch den Teakholskörper. Die Verbindung AirPlay zum Router ist leider nicht sehr praktisch klappt dann aber gut. Auch für Klassikmusik sehr ansprechend!

Na 4 jaar knippert er een roos lampje en doen de speakers het niet meer! Hoe kan ik ze laten maken? Verder super geluid en design

ich bin normalerweise immer absolut von kabelgebundenen lautsprechern überzeugt gewesen, als ich allerdings diese lautsprecher das erste mal gehört habe mit einem iphone über airplay war ich sofort hin und weg, der absolute spitzenklang. ich freue mich jeden tag aufs neue wenn ich sie anschalte und musik höre. ich kann dazu nur sagen und das meine ich auch so, kaufen, hören und ich wette jeder der sie das erstemal hört wird auch gleich von ihnen überzeugt sein 100% tig !!!!
