Product is great, looks fantastic, phone dock is solid etc The app works very well too but could do more. For example the access to the usb drive could be alot more in depth than skip track, repeat and shuffle, I'd like more explorarion Possible better interaction with Google music and Spotify would be good too but usb improvements to me are a must. Other than that, nice big buttons, makes phonecalls etc very easy to do too. Would like to be able to change the background colour too, black rather than red I LOVE it

I bought this unit as I was tired of having countless leads all over the interior of the car, and the boot cd player was acting up. The stereo was easy to fit though if your car has a recessed opening for the stereo you might need to invest in a spacer. The radio found the phone within a few seconds and hung onto the Bluetooth signal. However, the unit is preprogrammed to start with a volume of 17, which when I start the music either on the radio or via the phone the unit pulses and changes the display to USB, before switching itself off..... I have no idea why it does this but it can be extremely annoying. So Mr Philips please please explain what this about and how it can be resolved.

The CMD305A is a great piece of kit, however it has an Achilles heel. The usb port that connects your phone to the unit will eventually stop working. In fairness to the warranty, I've had the unit replaced three times within the warranty period. You can trust that the device will become faulty again after the warranty period expires; as my third unit now has the same fault. There is also another fault on my third unit that wasn't a problem with the previous ones I had. When trying to turn the volume low, the unit increases the volume instead.... it take a while but you'll eventually get the volume down.

Great when working Really good idea and great quality item. Call quality is very good easy to hear and be heard until.... For some reason with my galaxy s3 it will be working fine and then decide to not to play the callers voice. Other times it will be flawless for ages. Bluetooth music streaming is flawless and the app works well to control it App for calls is ok if you set the people as favourites, voice control may as well not be there completely useless!

J'ai cet autoradio depuis 2 ans 1/2, au début tout est sympa, l'application est correct, le son est plutôt bon. Après deux ans : Le support smartphone ne tient plus bien (utilisé une dizaine de fois). On touche à peine de bouton et on passe de 5 à 15. J'ai démonté la facade et j'ai vu que l'électronique était de mauvaise qualité, et non vernis. Donc il y a de l'oxydation sur le circuit. J'en ai acheté un 2eme en solde le mois dernier, et le bouton volume n'est pas terrible. Je doute qu'il tienne longtemps. Bref du jetable, dommage ...

Supergoed idee om een 1 din radio met telefoonhouder / -oplader te maken, ziet er ook erg mooi uit. Pluspunten: heel mooi geluid van de muziek van de smartphone, uitstekende versterker, flexibel houdermechanisme Minpunten: bizar slechte radio ontvangst op Radio 1 en 4 (station vond hij ook nauwelijks), vreemd genoeg niet bij overige zenders dus lag niet aan antenne aansluiting (bij vorige radio geen last van), klein schermpje dat 's nachts te fel verlicht is, en overdag nietgoed zichtbaar (omschakeling vergt nogal wat stappen in het menu), bij bluetooth verbinding met de smartphone kun je muziek afspelen en navigatie horen, bij gebruik van de radio kun je geen bluetooth navigatie instructies horen. Al met al is de basiskwaliteit niet op orde, wellicht heb ik een pech exemplaar gehad, maar ik heb de radio weer laten uitbouwen (2x kosten). Jammer, het concept is perfect, de geluidskwaliteit an sich ook, maar geen Radio 1 en 4 ontvangst is voormij niet acceptabel.

Après un an d'utilisation le dock ne fonctionne plus du tout. A force de manipulation le câble qui relie le dock au poste c'est tout simplement coupé en deux. Six mois après l'USB ne fonctionnait plus du tout. Donc après un an et demi, direction poubelle car irréparable !!! Dommage car l'idée de ce poste est vraiment bien. Le dock était très pratique.
